Mario Di Nardo is committed to his community.
Over the past thirty years, the Ward 2 candidate has called Vaughan home. It’s the place he and his wife Teresa chose to raise their daughter Amelia, the place he built his home and the place he wants to protect. Just living in the community isn’t enough for the Greater Toronto Airport Authority employee.
Mario wants to see it thrive and is committed to putting in the time and energy to make that happen. Mario has always been an advocate. As director of his local ratepayer association he has been fighting to protect the integrity of their neighbourhood and for the protection of local green spaces.
He’s worked for Unifor, “The Union for Everyone,” fighting for the rights of others. He’s sat on the
parent council at Our Lady of Fatima School since 2010 and has served on the Property Standing
Committee for the City of Vaughan.
Mario comes to the table with a background in insurance, marketing and real estate, but his passion is as a champion for others. He will take that passion for justice, fairness, honesty and integrity to City of Vaughan council as representative of Ward 2. The time has come for new leadership in Vaughan. Vote Mario Di Nardo on October 22.
